Welcome to the Indigenous road safety web resource - for people working, studying or interested in the issue of road safety among Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. We aim to provide people who are involved in Indigenous road safety with quality information and resources about how to prevent and manage Indigenous road injury.

This web resource also supports the Indigenous road safety yarning place, which provides free electronic services that encourage information-sharing and collaboration among its members.

This section of the Australian Indigenous HealthInfoNet website is no longer receiving separate funding. Additional funding enables: a wider search for topic specific content; the dissemination of the information sourced; and activities such as the production or update of a comprehensive review, the provision of a yarning place, news section and twitter. Over time there will be a reduction in new content and a corresponding decline in the gecko rating for this section. See special notice
