This podcast features Indigenous Tennis great Evonne Goolagong discussing the physical and mental health benefits of regular exercise. Evonne talks about how she walks to stay healthy into her older age.

It is one of a series of messages providing information related to physical activity for Indigenous Australians. It runs for 1 minute, 50 seconds.

The resource was produced by the Brisbane Indigenous Media Association (BIMA) for the Move program. Move messages were originally aired on Indigenous radio station 98.9fm for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander listeners in south-east Queensland and were funded by the Australian Department of Health.
