The full guidelines and summary are appropriate for a range of health professionals, including: Aboriginal health workers; general practitioners; mental health nurses; mental health occupational therapists; mental health social workers; midwives; nurses; psychiatrists; psychologists; and staff of emergency services. Such workers should use these guidelines when diagnosing, treating, and caring for someone with BPD.
