Description

This education video aims to raise awareness of bowel cancer screening for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. It presents key messages through the stories of Aboriginal people and their families who have gone through the journey of diagnosis and treatment for bowel cancer.

The video also includes an animation on how to do the bowel screening test. The video concludes with final messages from an Aboriginal Health Worker and the story tellers about the importance of having the screening test. The most important message is about the 'shame job' and the screening test, with the message; the shame is not having the test.
