Description

This booklet was produced by the Queensland Aboriginal and Islander Health Council (QAIHC) to assist staff in implementing catering guidelines for the Community Controlled Health Services.

The guidelines aim to assist and encourage staff, visitors and the wider community to make healthy choices easier choices by ensuring the nutritional quality of food and drinks supplied and promoted are consistent with the Australian Dietary Guidelines, the Australian Guide to Healthy Eating, and the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Guide to Healthy Eating.
