Description

The Heart Foundation has produced a collection of hypertension resources for Indigenous Australians. The resource package includes factsheets, brochures and a flipchart on the following topics:

The resources are available online and hard copies can be ordered using the Heart Foundation's order form (see link below). The factsheets come in a pad of 50 tear-off sheets.
