Description

The Heart Foundation has produced a collection of hypertension resources for Indigenous Australians. The resource package includes factsheets, brochures and a flipchart on the following topics:

ACE inhibitors
Angeotensin receptor blockers
Beta blockers
Calcium channel blockers
High blood pressure
Thiazide diuretics

The resources are available online and hard copies can be ordered using the Heart Foundation's order form (see link below).
The factsheets come in a pad of 50 tear-off sheets.
