Keep families strong - one tucker, one family (2010)

Description

This flipchart has bright and colourful pictures and comes in both A3 and A4 sizes. The message is that people who have diabetes can control it better if they have support from the whole family working together. By adopting the same healthy eating practices, the family is also healthier and can help to prevent diabetes in other family members.

The flipcharts are laminated and spiral bound for easy use.

When to use this resource

This flipchart is for use with groups of adults who are being given tips on how to manage or prevent diabetes. It can also be used with family groups to emphasise the importance of family support for those with diabetes, to let those with diabetes know that they are not having to cope on their own.
