Continence Foundation of Australia: free resources for Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander people (2009)

Description

The Continence Foundation of Australia (CFA) is a membership based, national peak body for continence management, promotion and advocacy. CFA has developed a range of free resources specifically for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. Indigenous artwork has been used in the development of the resources, which can be ordered online. The following brochures and posters are available:

• diabetes and pee or poo problems
• grog and pee or poo problems
• hard poo (constipation)
• help getting to the toilet
• kids wetting the bed
• leaking pee - let's yarn about women's business
• leaking pee after having a baby
• men and strong pelvic floor muscles
• pads, clothes and bedding to help if you are wet
• pelvic floor muscle exercises for women
• trouble with the waterworks.
