Description

An information kit 'Shoulder to shoulder' has been developed specifically to support Aboriginal families with a child or a young person with a disability. The NSW Government's Department of Ageing, Disability and Home Care (DADHC) developed this kit in conjunction with service providers and an advisory group made up of Indigenous representatives.
