The Good quick tukka: facilitator manual has been developed by the Queensland Aboriginal and Islander Health Council (QAIHC) in consultation with 13 Aboriginal and Islander Community controlled health services. It provides information for facilitators of the Good quick tukka program on how to run nutrition education and cooking classes aimed at Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people who have limited cooking skills or would like to develop more confidence in cooking. Topics covered in the manual include:

What is the project about? The philosophy of the project is to increase cooking skills, and to have fun gathering, preparing and consuming nutritious meals.
