Program of experience in the palliative approach (2011)

Description

These factsheets were produced by the Program of experience in the palliative approach (PEPA), an initiative of the National palliative care program. PEPA is funded by the Australian Government Department of Health and Ageing. The aim of the PEPA is to improve the quality, availability and access to palliative care for people who have life-limiting illnesses and their families. The factsheets provide information on PEPA, including learning opportunities and outreach programs offered for health workers.
