This flipchart for patients was developed in partnership with five Aboriginal Health Services: Derbarl Yerrigan Aboriginal Health Service; Central Australian Aboriginal Congress; Wuchopperen Health Service; Danila Dilba; and the Victorian Aboriginal Health Service.
