Description

This leaflet is intended to present information on aspects of care from both patients and carers points of view. The content is centred towards an Aboriginal audience, containing culturally appropriate artwork. The leaflet contains practical information such as how to open and close a discussion between patients and carers, as well as a pictorial view of what patients and carers value.
