Mulling it over: cannabis intervention in primary health care [DVD] (2009)

Description

This DVD aims to facilitate the capacity of health professionals to detect and treat cannabis use problems and associated harms. The learning outcomes include the ability to:

• identify the main social, physical and psychological harms associated with cannabis use;

• identify and screen people in high-risk groups for cannabis problems who present to primary health;

• incorporate screening and assessment for cannabis problems into routine primary health care; and

• provide effective evidence-based interventions for the prevention and treatment of cannabis problems.
