Cooking for one or two is a basic 6-week cooking program originally developed by the Queensland Division of Nutrition Australia.
It is designed to give veterans and the wider community confidence in preparing a variety of healthy meals using a number of easy cooking techniques. The program is based on the Nutrition Australia recipe book 'Adding Life to Your Years'.
