Foodbank WA Food Sensations Program

 

Overview

The Foodbank Western Australia (WA) Food Sensations Program is a practical food budgeting and nutrition education program. The program incorporates the WA Department of Health FOODcents Nutrition Budgeting Program.

The program aims to increase knowledge about nutritious foods and skills in how to prepare them. It covers a range of food related topics including:

The program also provides pictorial resources that can be used by a variety of groups in the WA community.

The Foodbank WA Food Sensations Program is run through schools for students and teachers, and in the community for adult groups.
