Alcohol and pregnancy: what are the risks?

Overview

Alcohol and pregnancy: what are the risks? is a multi-disciplinary program intended for health professionals, particularly those working with women of child-bearing age. The program is intended to fill a gap in knowledge about the effects of alcohol on a growing fetus, and to update professionals on current research.

Alcohol and pregnancy: what are the risks? has previously involved television advertisements, brochures, and presentations by the Pilbara Community Drug Service Team (PCDST).

This program is a joint initiative of BHP Billiton Iron Ore and the Western Australian (WA) Country Health Service, Pilbara Region.
