Mallara umphie (Men's shed)

Overview

Mallara umphie (Men's shed) is one of the health promotional programs conducted by Yulu-Burri-Ba Aboriginal Corporation for Community Health on Stradbroke Island, Queensland.

The Men's shed is open to all men who would like to participate in activities such as wood working, boat repairs, barbeque repairs, and bike repairs. Men can also come in and work on their own projects. Other Mallara umphie activities include yarning sessions, group discussions, and general health topic discussions.

The Men's shed is open on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 10:00am to 2:00pm and is located at Dunwich (behind Centrelink).
