The rural health outreach fund



The Rural health outreach fund aims to improve health outcomes for people living in regional, rural, and remote areas of Western Australia by supporting the delivery of outreach health activities. The fund is the consolidation of five existing rural health outreach programs:

The objective of the fund is to reduce the barriers to service delivery by providing support to health professionals providing outreach services to regional, rural, and remote areas of Western Australia. This will enable providers to address priority community needs and broaden the range of services delivered, thereby, leading to better health outcomes for the people living in these regions.
