Overview

The Rural in reach program is run by Women's Health and Family Services (WHFS), and aims to provide tailored health and wellbeing services to rural and remote communities throughout Western Australia (WA). The program uses the latest video conferencing communication technology to deliver long distance community services through trained WHFS professionals. These services include:

• confidential, one-on-one or family counselling and support
• information materials
• community workshops and professional training
• access to other WHFS programs.

The service is delivered through partnership with a WA network of locally participating Community Resource Centres.
