Overview

The Eye health & chronic disease specialist support program (EH&CDSSP) supports, encourages and empowers Indigenous rural and remote area community controlled health services to help provide appropriate eye health and chronic disease specialists to visit rural and remote Indigenous communities in South Australia. This program also promotes awareness of the strong correlation between eye health and chronic conditions, such as diabetes and heart disease.
