Description

This guide is intended for use by dietitians, nutritionists, primary and secondary school teachers and other health educators. The guide is best used when discussing food choices that minimise the risk of developing diet-related conditions and contribute to overall health in the long term. It aims to provide more detailed information on the amounts and types of foods for optimal health and wellbeing.
