This resource was created for rural Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Services (ACCHSs) based in NSW  that provide clinical services to their communities. It recognises that managing a clinical service involves specific skills, knowledge and qualifications, and that ACCHS clinics face unique conditions and challenges.
