Ferdy's Haven Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation Unit

 

Description

Ferdy's Haven Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation Unit is located on Palm Island, Queensland, and provides accommodation for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people participating in rehabilitation programs addressing substance use. It provides a secure place to stay, with an environment that is culturally appropriate and supportive of efforts at rehabilitation.

Ferdy's Haven is managed by the Townsville Aboriginal & Islander Health Service (TAIHS). A referral to the service can be obtained through a TAIHS Doctor.
