The main services offered by the Hepatitis C Council of South Australia include: education and training for health professionals and community service workers; telephone information and support to people affected by, or working in the area of, hepatitis C; hepatitis C peer educators; a program that encourages people to share their hepatitis C experiences; a peer support group for people affected by hepatitis C; development and distribution of hepatitis C resources; and hepatitis C community awareness raising initiatives.
