Streetwize Communications was a national non-profit social communications agency specialising in researching and communicating social issues to young people, Indigenous communities and people of a culturally and linguistically diverse background and other hard to reach groups. For over 21 years, Streetwize (1984-2007) developed comics and other resources for those excluded from access to mainstream sources of information. Consultation and review lay at the heart of each Streetwize project.
The Powerhouse Museum holds an archival collection of publications including comics, postcard sized 'infocards', posters, education kits, annual reports, related artworks, photograph, video and miscellaneous archival material, designed and made by Streetwize Communications, Sydney, New South Wales,1984-2007.
