Established in 1983 as a part-time clinic in South Kalgoorlie, Bega Garnbirringu Health Service has grown and now operates from premises in Kalgoorlie. The organisation provides a holistic and culturally appropriate method of service provision to the Aboriginal community in the Goldfields region of Western Australia. Clinical services, health promotion and health education services are offered.

The organisation also runs monthly allied health clinics and social support initiatives, such as the Kalgoorlie sobering-up centre and Prison health re-entry program.
