Family Planning Western Australia (FPWA)

 

Description

The Family Planning Association of Western Australia (FPWA) is an autonomous, not-for-profit, non-government organisation. It has links with other state and territory family planning associations, the national body Sexual Health and Family Planning Australia, and to similar organisations in other countries through the International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF). FPWA provides sexual health services, information and training in Western Australia. The organisation is committed to excellence in sexual health care, affirming that all people are sexual throughout life, have a right to information and choice, and that acceptance of sexuality is integral to health. FPWA aims to provide services which include:
