Description

The National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases conducts and supports research on renal diseases affecting public health. The Institute supports clinical research as well as basic research in biochemistry, nutrition, pathology, histochemistry, chemistry, physical, chemical, and molecular biology, pharmacology, and toxicology.
