Australian Diabetes Educators Association (ADEA)

 

Description

The Australian Diabetes Educators Association is Australia's peak professional organisation in diabetes education. It promotes best practice diabetes education to ensure optimum health and quality of life for all people affected by diabetes. The Association: accredits courses in diabetes education across Australia; sets standards of practice in diabetes education; provides training packages for generalist nurses, practice nurses, Indigenous health workers and allied health professionals.
