Lake Tyres Health and Children's Service

 

Description

Lake Tyers Health and Children's Service is an Aboriginal Controlled Health Organisation located at Lake Tyers Aboriginal Trust in Gippsland, Victoria.

Aboriginal Health Workers are avaliable and are able to link in with families through clinical skills, health promotion, cultural brokerage and advocacy. Lake Tyres Health and Children's Service provides clinical consultation and referall's including:

Lake Tyers Health and Children's Service is a member of Djillay Ngalu (Healthy Together) - a consortium consisting of the four East Gippsland Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisations, together with two universal health agencies.
