Ballarat and District Aboriginal Co-operative



The Ballarat and District Aboriginal Co-operative (BADAC) is the Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisation (ACCHO) for the Ballarat and district area. Services are provided to all members of the public, with priority given to their members.

BADAC operates all its services and businesses out of eight separate programs, spread across four sites within Ballarat.

BADAC delivers a wide range of services, underpinned by its adaption of the social inclusion principles, which incorporate the following programs:

BADAC is focused on prevention and early intervention, always with a client-centred approach, to ensure that their clients are personally engaging in the development and nurturing of their own futures.

BADAC is a member of the Victorian Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisation (VACCHO).
