North Metropolitan Health Service

 

Description

The North Metropolitan Health Service provides timely access to high quality health care, using best practice to deliver improved clinical outcomes for all health care providers. The North Metropolitan catchment area covers almost 3000 square km, with a population of almost 950,000, of which 1.4% identify as Aboriginal.

North Metropolitan Health Service came into effect on 1 July 2012, formed from the North Metropolitan Area Health Service (NMAHS).
