Nursing and allied health scholarship and support scheme: clinical psychology scholarship

 

Overview

This scholarship, formerly the Mental health postgraduate scholarship stream, is to support students applying to commence or already enrolled in an accredited clinical psychology postgraduate course in Australia. It comes under the umbrella of the Nursing and allied health scholarship and support scheme (NAHSSS) funded by the Department of Health and Ageing. It is administered by Services for Australian Rural and Remote Allied Health. Scholarships are valued at $15,000 per annum for full-time students and $7,500 per annum for part-time students for a maximum of two years. To be eligible, applicants must meet at least one of the following:

Only applicants that meet at least one of these criteria will be considered. Scholarships will be awarded based on academic performance, referee reports, relevant professional experience, and degree of strength of evidence for the relevant criteria.
