Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health student bursary award

 

Overview

The Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) National Faculty of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health provides a student bursary to enable Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander medical students currently studying at an Australian university to attend the RACGP annual conference. Two bursaries are offered, covering conference registration, travel, meals and accommodation costs for the conference period.

The RACGP annual conference is a highlight event on the general practice events calendar, attended by GPs, medical educators, students, registrars, key influencers in Australian general practice and members of practice teams. Past conferences have attracted up to 1000 delegates from across the country and internationally.
