Indigenous sport and active recreation program

The ISARP is a program administered by the Office for Sport as part of the Australian Government's whole of government approach to assisting Indigenous Australians. The Indigenous Sport and Active Recreation Program (ISARP) is a new name for the merger of the following two former programs:

The Australian Government is calling for funding submissions from organisations to work with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in the 2012-2013 financial year to deliver outcomes under the Indigenous Sport and Active Recreation Program. Organisations that are committed to working in partnership with government and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, and want to make a difference in the community, should apply. Applications for most programs can be submitted from Saturday 21 January 2012.
Eligible organisations are encouraged to apply online at Electronic Submission Online (eSub), where you will find links to the Program Guidelines and contact information.

Funding submissions for the Indigenous Sport and Active Recreation Program must be lodged online or at your nearest Agency Office or Indigenous Coordination Centre by 5 pm, Friday 9 March 2012. Organisations have the opportunity to apply for multi-year funding under the Indigenous Sport and Active Recreation Program. Please refer to the SEWPaC website for further details.
