Certificate II in understanding and management of diabetes (10046NAT)

 

Overview

Target audience: This course is for people who face occupational restrictions due to their diabetes, such as police and operators of heavy vehicles. The course is also suitable for aged/home and community/disability care workers, individuals with diabetes, or individuals who have a family member with diabetes.

Course summary: This course provides participants with an awareness and understanding of the management of diabetes. The course is delivered through flexible, self-paced learning and assessments over approximately 18-22 weeks to meet the individual needs of the learner. Course modules include:
