Overview

Target audience: new or recent workers in the Aboriginal health work field in a clinical setting

Course summary: This qualification reflects the role of the Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people working to provide a range of clinical primary health care services to Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander clients and communities, including specific health care programs, advice and assistance with, and administration of medication. These workers undertake a broad range of tasks in a variety of job roles and work individually or within a multidisciplinary team.
