Overview

This conference is organised by Criterion Conferences. This conference will feature presentations from some of Australia's most inspiring Indigenous leaders and from those organisations making significant progress in this space. With a special focus on strengthening leadership in young people, communities and in organisations (particularly Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander controlled) this conference will provide you with the information and inspiration participants need to take initiatives forward.

The conference is aimed at people working in government, not-for-profit, corporate or community organisation and those concerned with Closing the Gap.

Participants will learn:

• What inspired today's leaders and what they see as crucial to strengthening leadership
• What programs are making a difference and why they work
• What is required, beyond specific programs, to lay the foundations for future leadership
• How you can enhance your own leadership capabilities
