This conference is organised by the Aboriginal Housing Management Association (AHMA). The conference focuses on Indigenous housing providers from these four developed countries, because research shows we share common housing experiences. The event will also be valuable for agencies working with indigenous housing providers.

The conference will:

• Examine common themes facing indigenous housing providers, such as project development, partnering with government and industry, indigenous home ownership, homelessness, financing capital projects, and effective governance
• Be a forum for indigenous housing providers from Canada, the United States, Australia and New Zealand to learn from best practices around the world
• Feature international leaders from all four countries
• Build an international network of indigenous housing providers
• Showcase international indigenous cultures, including First Nations performers from British Columbia

The conference will focus on Indigenous housing providers from these four developed countries, because research shows we share common housing experiences. The event will also be valuable for agencies working with indigenous housing providers.
