The theme of this event is Nutrition sustainability. The aim of this event is to increase and communicate scientific value and relevance of nutrition science to Australian nutrition. Speakers will present the latest information on a variety of critically important nutritional areas.

Themes will include:

• Vitamin D - the great debate (sunlight or supplements)
• Human nutrition: clinical trials and population health
• Nutritional epidemiology and chronic disease
• Infant and child health
• A dapting food production systems in a changing global environment
