National Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisation (NACCHO) Ochre day

Overview

The NACCHO ochre day is an important Aboriginal male health initiative.

On the evening of the 21 August 2014 NACCHO along with the generous support and assistance provided by the Queensland Aboriginal Islander Health Council (QAIHC) will hold the inaugural; NACCHO ochre day Jaydon Adams memorial oration dinner.

There is no cost to attend the NACCHO ochre day Jaydon Adams memorial oration dinner (however you must indicate by registering below that you will be attending this dinner).

All delegates who attended the NACCHO ochre day in Canberra last year would be aware of the sudden and sad passing of Brother Jaydon so soon after he participated in co-launching the NACCHO blueprint for Aboriginal male healthy futures alongside NACCHO Chair Mr Justin Mohamed, local Elder Uncle Warrin Daly and Professor Pat Dudgeon. NACCHO warmly invites you all to join this dinner to honour a strong young Aboriginal man (register early as there is limited seating).
