Indigenous Allied Health Australia (IAHA) 2nd national conference

 

Overview

The theme of this conference is Healthy footprints - leading generational change. The conference will look at how allied health professionals are helping Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people to lead healthy lives and create brighter futures for themselves, their families and their communities. It will focus on the importance of allied health for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and how the allied health, medical, nursing and Aboriginal Health Worker workforces can contribute to sustainable approaches to generational change and improve access, affordability, appropriateness of health service delivery and promote health careers for our future generations of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
