Overview

The 2012 annual scientific meeting welcomes clinicians and researchers working in cancer from medical and radiation oncology, surgery, nursing, pharmacy and allied health. The conference will present the latest research and developments in cancer control. This year's scientific program will focus on melanoma, skin cancer and carcinoma of unknown primary. The partnership between the Clinical Oncology Society of Australia (COSA) and the International Psych-Oncology Society (IPOS) will ensure the joint conference has a definite psycho-oncology focus. The theme for the conference is Impact through translation: cancer research informing practice.
