Overview

The theme for the conference, Allies for better primary health care, acknowledges that a network of allies is necessary to ensure a coordinated, strong and sustainable primary health care system. Presenters will discuss the ways in which their research has made, and will continue to make, a difference to the policy, practice, sustainability and outcomes of health care in Australia.

Keynote speaker:

• Professor Martin Fortin - Director of Research, Department of Family Medicine, Universite de Sherbrooke (Quebec), and Director of Academic Research, Centre de sante et de services sociaux de Chicoutimi.

Sponsorship may be granted to delegates residing in Australia who would not normally be able to attend the conference because of funding difficulties. This sponsorship may cover travel, accommodation and/or conference registration - part and full sponsorship packages are available.
