Abstract

This report provides information on mainstream and Indigenous specific health services accessed by Indigenous Australians. The delivery of health services in Australia is through preventative services (immunisation programs), primary and community services, hospital care and specialised streams such as mental health, alcohol and other drug treatments and hearing services. This is one of nine papers in the Australian Institute of Health and Welfare Indigenous biennial observatory series.
