Kidney Health Australia is running a week-long national campaign from 27 May-2 June 2012. The Red undies week campaign is a health campaign designed to raise awareness about kidney health. The campaign is particularly focused on promoting early detection of chronic kidney disease (CKD).
Through the campaign, $2 kits containing information on CKD are available for sale at participating pharmacies, and there is an online test that people who are in high-risk categories for CKD can take.
Organisations who are interested in participating in Kidney Health Week can obtain further health promotion materials, such as posters and information cards.
