Generation One aired a two minute speech by Aboriginal schoolgirl Madeleine Madden on free-to-air stations on October 24th using over four million dollars of donated airtime. Over six million Australians watched Madeleine speak on job opportunities for Indigenous Australians, finishing with a call for people to pledge their support for Generation One. Since the screening of the advertisement over 5000 people have signed on to support Generation One and close the gap.
