Mobivators: motivating Indigenous Australians to get active

Bernard Sabadi, a 29 year old Badu Island man from the Torres Strait is encouraging Indigenous Australians to embrace living a healthier lifestyle through the creation of an online Facebook forum Mob-ivators.

Mob-ivators promotes regular exercise and healthy eating through an online forum which shares healthy food and meal choices, encourages family and friends to take part in regular physical activity, and provides general support for healthy living.
