Summary of Indigenous women's health now available

The Summary of Indigenous women's health is a substantial update and expansion of the previous summary and is now available on the Indigenous women's health web resource.

The review includes: general statistics about the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander female populations, such as population statistics, mortality and hospitalisation rates; details of particular health conditions and health risk factors; information about vulnerable groups; and the social context of Indigenous women's health.

Additional to the review, the Indigenous women's health web resource contains information about relevant publications, programs and projects, policies and strategies, health promotion resources and organisations.
